1. Using Divesync
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including dive logs and profile details.
You agree not to use DiveSync for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
Divesync is a tool designed to give a diver easy access to information about their diving activities, it should not be used as a replacement for industry standard tools.
2. Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your login information secure.
If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, please let us know immediately.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Dive Log Data and Verification
Divesync lets you record and store dive information.
If you choose to share your dive logs with other users or dive companies, you grant them permission to view the information you share.
We are not responsible for how third parties use the information you voluntarily share with them.
4. Our Responsibilities
We aim to keep Divesync available, functional, and secure.
However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app will always be error-free.
We are not liable for any losses or damages that result from using the app, including inaccurate data or third-party actions.
5. Intellectual Property
Divesync, its logo, and its features are owned by us.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app or its content without our permission.
You retain ownership of your own data (your dive logs and profile info).
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know in the app or by email.
Continuing to use DiveSync after changes means you accept the new Terms.
